Data Collection
The project team will collect and analyze infrastructure data from Provo, Springville, UDOT, UTA, Union Pacific, and MAG’s TIP and RTP. Site visits will be conducted to ground-truth barriers, demand, constraints, and potential connections to planned trail segments.
Segment Alternatives Development
Multiple corridor segments will be identified, with alternative alignments developed based on feasibility, constructability, connectivity, and alignment with existing/planned transit and trail systems. The Consultant Team will rely on local data and community knowledge to ensure practical alignments.
